When you visit the site we may collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring page) for security and performance purposes. We do not collect names, email addresses or personal information unless you submit the contact form.
2. Your Files
PDF files you upload to the label tool are processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript (PDF.js and pdf-lib). They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Once you close or refresh the page, the data is gone.
3. Cookies
We use a session cookie (a small text file) to maintain your browsing session. No persistent tracking cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, session duration, device types). This data is anonymised and does not identify individual users. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. Third-Party Services
The tool loads Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries (PDF.js, pdf-lib) from CDN providers. These providers may log your IP address as part of their standard infrastructure. We do not control their data practices.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal data, most requests can be fulfilled simply by not using the Service or by contacting us.
