Every day, Meesho sellers download invoice PDFs from the Supplier Panel that contain both shipping labels and tax invoices on each page. Printing these full pages wastes paper, ink and time. Our tool automatically detects the boundary between the shipping label and the tax invoice on every page, separating them with pixel-perfect accuracy.

Unlike basic cropping tools that only cut PDFs at fixed positions, TheLabelCutter reads the actual content of each page to find the exact "TAX INVOICE" boundary. This means it works correctly regardless of label size variations, different courier partner formats, or pages with multiple invoices for multi-quantity orders.

Courier-Wise Label Sorting

One of the most popular features is automatic courier-wise sorting. When you upload your invoice PDF, the tool identifies the courier partner printed on each shipping label — Valmo, ValmoPlus, Delhivery, Shadowfax, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Ekart and others. It then groups all labels by courier partner, so you can download a single PDF with all Delhivery labels together, all Valmo labels together, and so on. This makes pickup handover dramatically faster.

SKU-Wise Product Sorting

For sellers who prefer to pack products by type, SKU-wise sorting organizes your shipping labels by product Stock Keeping Unit. The tool extracts the SKU from each order's product details section and groups them together. This means you can pick all units of the same product, pack them together, and then move to the next product — significantly reducing packing time and errors.

State-Wise and City-Wise Analytics

Beyond label cropping, the Invoice Tool provides detailed geographic analytics. After processing your PDF, you can see exactly which Indian states and cities your orders are going to. The State-wise section shows horizontal bar charts and expandable summary tables with order counts, COD vs Prepaid breakdowns, and percentage share for each region. Click any state to see individual orders with page numbers. The City-wise section provides the same level of detail at the city level.

Multi-Quantity Order Detection

Orders where customers purchase multiple items require special handling during packing. The tool automatically detects these multi-quantity orders by reading the QTY field from each product table. It flags them with the total quantity count and generates a separate sorted PDF containing only multi-quantity orders — making it impossible to miss or incorrectly pack these orders.

Thermal 4×6 and A4 Print Formats

TheLabelCutter supports two standard print formats used by Indian eCommerce sellers:

• Thermal 4×6 inch: Sized for dedicated thermal label printers (TSC, Zebra, Brother and similar models). Each label is output at exactly 4×6 inches for direct thermal roll printing.
• A4 (4 labels per page): Four shipping labels are arranged on each A4 sheet for printing on standard inkjet or laser printers. Labels can be cut manually or with a paper cutter.

Both formats include a live preview so you can verify every label before downloading. The "Sorting Only (No Crop)" option is available for sellers who want sorted full pages without cropping the invoice section.
